ATM Broken into in Bridgeport
2:30pm--#Bridgeport CT-- An ATM machine was found broken in a dumpster on the Ridge Avenue side of Marina Village. The contents were taken.
Underage Party Broken Up After Shots Fired
Around 10:15 Monday night police on patrol heard 10 to 15 shots fired in Marina Village. Police arrived to investigate. K-9 was called in and shell casing were found outside 558 Gregory Street. No person or property was hit by the gunfire. When police arrived they reported on the police radio that there were four unresponsive people inside. Neighbors told me that the building had a mold issue and vacant. An ambulance was sent but no one was treated or transported. What it appears is that this was a large gang recruitment party according to witnesses. A large group of 20 to 30 teens were seen being told by police to go home.
