3:12pm--#Bridgeport CT--A person called police that the missing Eastern University student has been seen on Knowlton Street and Stillman Street are of town. She is said to be wearing a blue shirt, jeans brown shoes, looked scruffy like she hadn't changed her clothes in a while. Police are canvassing the area.
2:48pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Smoke in the area of Griffin Circle, firefighters on the way. Firefighters on the way. UPDATE-- The smoke was coming from a grill. No hazard, no fire.
12:33pm--#Monroe CT--Police fire and EMS on the way for a woman with her throat slashed outside the Dunkin' Doughnuts on Main Street.
11:59pm--#Norwalk CT--Police, fire and EMS on the scene in front of 7 Center Avenue for a car accident with injuries.
10:25pm--#Bridgeport CT--Report of a grill on fire on the 2nd floor porch at 259 Laurel Avenue. FYI-- Grills are not permitted on decks in multifamily homes in Bridgeport.
4:01pm--#Bridgeport CT--A pedestrian hit by bus at the intersection of Housatonic Avenue and Congress Street. EMS firefighters on the way.
5:20pm--A Chinese Nationalist who just graduated from a local university with a degree in electrical engineering, out on a extended student visa gave authorities in Bridgeport a bit of a scare. I have not heard back from Bridgeport Police's spokesperson, but radio controlled flyers and other sources have reached out to us and helped piece this story together. Apparently the graduate was flying his radio controlled airplane at Seaside Park near the soccer field. The plane had a video camera mounted on it. The plane malfunctioned and lost communication to the controller. The plane is also a glider so when it lost communication with the controller it continued gliding, landing near the power plant property. The student then drove to…
