11:19pm--#Derby CT--Report of a possible electrical fire at 293 Elizabeth Street. Firefighters on scene reporting nothing seen from the street, going in to investigate.
9:47pm--#Bridgeport CT--#ctfire--A police car was involved in a car accident at James Street and Washington Ave. The civilian car is now heavily involved in fire shooting up to the utility wires. Firefighters on the way.
8:50pm--#Stratford--Sounds like they have DUI checkpoint on Barnum Ave. on near Franklin School. A driver took off prior to the checkpoint, a brief pursuit ensued but police lost the car.

It was kind of cool to see the transformation of store fronts and town Main Streets from Wednesday night to Friday morning. The greens, the bows, candy canes and lights, they were everywhere. Prayers needed for an unresponsive man in the produce department at Stop and Shop on Villa Ave. Bystanders performing CPR, EMS, fire and police on the way. No updates nor do I expect any. UPDATE--We are told by a witness that the man was revived and sent to the hospital. What hero the bystander was! I know we are going to see this on a local station and they will say first on....but you know they have to get their news from somewhere!
