Police Identify Shooting Victim
(Bridgeport, CT – April 8, 2013) – Police Monday released the identity of a man shot in the leg over the weekend. The victim was identified as Daquan Brown, 19, of Seaview Avenue. Police Officer Esther Hailey was dispatched at 2:36 a.m. Sunday to the 1000 block of Park Avenue and found Brown there. He was shot in the left leg. He told Hailey that he was walking with his brother in the area of Iranistan Avenue and Laurel Avenue when they encountered a male arguing with several people. Shots fire during robbery
1:22pm--#Bridgeport CT--Two men were robbed at gunpoint with two shots being fired at 335 North Bishop Avenue at building 93. No reports of anyone being hit at this time. Police are looking for a Hispanic male, black hoodie, jeans and white sneakers. Police are on scene investigating.

Fatal Motorcycle Accident
#Bridgeport CT--One man is dead after his motorcycle was hit by a pick up truck. Witnesses say the motorcycle was riding along with another motorcycle in pairs at a high rate of speed. The motorcyclist was thrown from his bike. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
