JUVENILES ARRESTED FOR STOLEN CAR POSSESSION AT TRUMBULL MALL

Trumbull Police charged two (2) juvenile males after they ran from a stolen car that was parked at the Trumbull Mall, on Monday, February 13. The sixteen (16) year old suspects, both from Bridgeport, were arrested and charged for their involvement in this incident. At approximately 1:00 PM, Trumbullofficers were notified that a stolen 2021 Kia Sportage was driving on mall property. The vehicle had been reported stolen to the New Haven police on February 1st. As the two (2) juvenile suspects were attempting to re-enter the stolen Kia, officers approached them, but both suspects fled the area and ran inside of the mall with Trumbull officers engaged in a foot pursuit. FAMILY DISPUTE LEADS TO TEEN STABBED BY HIS BROTHER AT TRUMBULL MALL On Saturday, February 4, 2023, a dispute between two brothers resulted in a stabbing that left a teenager wounded. Trumbull Police arrested a Bridgeport man after he stabbed his younger brother as both were leaving the Trumbull Mall. Jovanie Hall, age 18, of Glen Circle, Bridgeport, was taken into police custody at his residence a short time after the incident. #Trumbull CT-- Trumbull Police arrested two (2) men with lengthy criminal histories after they were caught driving in a stolen car at the Trumbull Mall Monday afternoon, January 24. Police located the stolen Nissan Altima driving in the mall parking lot where the vehicle was recovered and the occupants were apprehended. Elliot Echevarria, age 38, and Jose Manuel Santini, age 43, both of New Haven were arrested and charged for their involvement in this incident. #Trumbull CT--On Monday evening, January 16, 2023, Trumbull Police arrested a teenager after he was found to be carrying a hatchet and intimidating other youths inside of the Trumbull Mall. NY MAN ARRESTED FOR STEALING DELIVERY PACKAGES IN TRUMBULL

A New York man was arrested Wednesday, January 4, for package thefts from several Trumbull residences. Jesus Felix, age 23, of the Bronx, New York was charged with Larceny for stealing the packages, which contained Apple products worth more than $8,000. At about 12:00 p.m., Trumbull police were notified of a male who was taking recently delivered packages from addresses near Inwood Road and Springwood Drive. The suspected male was observed stealing the delivered packages from the exterior of the residences and then getting into a white Mercedes-Benz.
