Norwalk Detectives need your help identify the pictured suspect. On October 19, 2017, the suspect made several thousand dollars worth of fraudulent purchases of jewelry and handbags at the Trumbull Mall and Saks Fifth Avenue in Greenwich using the victim’s store credit cards. The suspect had the sales associates look up the accounts using the victim’s personal information and opened several other store credit cards in the victim’s name as well. Norwalk News: Narcotics Arrests

#Norwalk CT--During the prior three months, Special Services Investigators conducted a lengthy investigation into Christopher Macdow’s drug sale activities at 8 Charcoal Road. During this time, investigators made three controlled purchases of crack cocaine from Christopher Macdow and co-conspirator Scott Kostrna. On January 16, 2018, the Special Services Division executed search and seizure warrants at 8 Charcoal Road. Macdow and Kostrna were both located inside the residence. Both men were taken into custody on active arrest warrants stemming from their sales of narcotics. Upon searching the residence, officers located over 300 grams of cocaine packaged in 3.5-gram weights bags for sale. Investigators also located over 300 grams of marijuana packaged for sale. On December 30, 2017, a vehicle was broken into while parked in the parking lot of Planet Fitness on Pearl Street. Several credit cards were stolen and used at Walgreen’s on Main Avenue. Norwalk News: Shooting Arrest

 #Norwalk CT-On December 23, 2017, at 1:55 am, officers who were patrolling the parking lot of 50 Washington Street heard several gun shots from the area of the West Washington Street entrance.  Officer Brian Hamm quickly observed a male, identified as Jeffrey Moultrie, acting suspiciously in that immediate area. Officer Hamm ordered Moultrie to stop and remove his hands from his sweatshirt. Moultrie did not comply, however he did drop a handgun onto the pavement and then fled on foot. Officer Hamm captured Moultrie after a short foot chase and the 9mm handgun was recovered. Moultrie was found to have sustained a single gunshot wound to the hip and was subsequently transported to the Norwalk Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.…

Norwalk News: Arrest Made In Hit And Run Death

On September 15, 2017, at 9:14 pm Patrol Officers responded to the intersection of Martin Luther King Dr and Lowe Street for a pedestrian that had been struck by a vehicle. Arriving officers determined that the vehicle had fled the scene. The victim, Archie Hillard, was transported to the Norwalk Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. Patrol Officers quickly located the suspect, Darlene Moody and her vehicle at an address on Ely Avenue. Norwalk Accident Investigator Wasilewski, assisted by the Crime Scene Unit, assumed the investigation. Blood evidence was obtained from Moody, which later showed her to be over the legal limit. After a lengthy investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Moody. Moody turned herself in on December…
