Midnight burglar
The Fairfield Police Department is investigating a nighttime burglary that occurred in the Southport section of town on 6/27/2013, at approximately 2:40am. The suspect entered the home and stole cash and jewelry from the kitchen area, while the residents slept. Video revealed suspect was tall, heavy set male, with dark hair and a beard & mustache. He appeared to be wearing sweatpants, a long sleeve sweatshirt, and some sort of hat, or stocking on his head. He was also barefoot. City Celebrates Grand Opening of East End Farmer’s Market Sunday
