(Bridgeport, CT, April 22, 2014) – A city man was arrested Monday after he offered to sell crack cocaine to undercover officers. The arrest happened after narcotics officers developed information about drug activity in a specific area of Washington Avenue. Officer Miguel Perez and Sgt. John Evans worked undercover and parked in the area of Washington Terrace. After a short time, a suspect approached the passenger-side window and offered to sell them “Trees”, “Base” and “Dope.” That is street terminology for marijuana, crack cocaine and heroin.
