The driver apparently engaged police in pursuit where it ended just over the Bridgeport border on North Avenue where the motorcyclist hit a utility pole. Bridgeport Police Charge Man With Robbing Delivery Driver

#Bridgeport, CT – July 31, 2014 – A city man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a July 11 robbery of a pizza delivery driver. According to Detective Art Calvao, the department’s robbery unit charged Howard S. Moore Jr., 21, of  East Main Street, with third-degree robbery and second-degree larceny. A police investigation revealed that Moore made an order to Domino’s Pizza to an address of 735 Huntington Road.  Once the delivery person arrived at the address, Moore asked him to make change.  As the delivery man attempted to make change, Moore robbed him of his money and the pizza. #Bridgeport, CT – July 30, 2014 – A city teen faces charges after a street robbery on Center StreetTuesday. Officer Raymond Ryan was on patrol when he observed a young male on a red bicycle riding past him. A short distance later, the officer was flagged down by a man who stated he had just been robbed by two males. One, the victim stated, was riding a red bicycle. #Bridgeport, CT – July 30, 2014– A city man faces charges that he assaulted his ex-wife who threw away his beer because, she told police,  he gets violent when he drinks.
