#Bridgeport CT– This morning, Detective Winkler arrested Ricardo Torres (DOB: 5/27/88) for the September 24th murder of Jorge Tirado on Fox Street. Torres was charged with Murder, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, and Carrying a Pistol Without a Permit. He is being held on a $2,000,000 bond.
