POLICE UPDATE: At 9:57 PM–Bridgeport Emergency Call Center received a call for police response to person down on the ground. The victim was shot somewhere on Newfield Avenue near the park. He attempted to drive to the hospital but ended up crashing his three-wheel motorcycle into the back of an SUV. He was transported to Bridgeport Hospital. Detectives were notified and responded. The victim in stable condition at the time of this report.

2020-07-05@10:02pm–#Bridgeport CT– Police are investigating a crash involving an ATV. It appears the ATV hit a parked Volvo and then crashed into a utility pole on Seaview Avenue near Huron Street. No word on injuries.
