2:00pm–#Fairfield CT– First responders were called to Perry’s Mill Pond near Cider Mill Lane to rescue a man between the two ponds, the man was unable to walk. According to radio reports police had to administer Narcan. First responders had to carry the man out of the area and to the hospital.
