11:39pm–#Bridgeport CT– An accident between a car and tractor-trailer caused a rupture to the “saddle tank” of the tractor-trailer at State and Lafayette Boulevard.. The firefighters were called as a hazardous material special call. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency ) was called and will be responding within the hour. There were no reported injuries.
