10:49pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A man walked up to a parked police car asked the officer what the *f* she was looking at and tried to rip the car window off and then tried to get into the cruiser at French and Capital Avenue. Â The man did get his wish and also got a pair of silver bracelets and a trip to Congress Street.
