#Fairfield, CT–Are your fingers itching to dig in your garden, but it’s still a bit too cool outside for plants? The Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road, will be hosting garden lectures on Wednesday, April 6 at 7 pm and Saturday, April 9 at 2 pm.
The presenters, Christine Segalas and Mark Gaulke of Homegrown Harvest LLC, say that cool weather is a good time to plan your spring garden. Join them on April 6 as they talk about soil and aeroponic options. On April 9 Christine will discuss Small Space Gardening: Building a Polyculture Garden. She will discuss how you can plant your garden in a small space yet yield a multitude of harvests.
Advanced registration is required due to the limited space. All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge.
