6:38pm–#Bridgeport CT– A Hispanic male in a gray hat, gray jacket and jeans had asked for 8 cartons of cigarettes at the Family Dollar on State Street. Â When the credit card he was using declined he grabbed the cigarettes and fled the store. Police are canvassing the area.
