#Westport CT–On 12/29/15, Mark Simonetti turned himself in on an active warrant for his arrest stemming from an investigation performed in November, 2015. The accused reportedly used fake written prescriptions he created himself to obtain controlled narcotics at a Walgreens in Bridgeport CT 33 times from August 2014 to October 2015. The accused mimicked the prescription pad from Dr Singer’s office in Westport. He was released on a $50,000 court issued bond and given a court date of 01/07/2016 in Norwalk.
