9:34pm–#Bridgeport CT– A mother and child were huddled on their neighbor’s front steps as firefighters extinguish a fire on the third floor at 123 Herkimer Street. It is thought the bathroom ceiling fan caught fire and spread to the attic. The fire marshal was called in to investigate.
