10:10pm–#Stratford CT– Firefighters were dispatched to 125 Ontario Street for an industrial fire in a dryer room according to radio reports. A Google search says this is Cray Valley Inc. which deals with plastics and popolymers according to their website. Firefighters arrived and found heavy fire on the roof and had it quickly knocked down and spent only about a half hour extinguishing the bulk of the fire. Four workers were evacuated and checked by EMS. Firefighters have called the Hazmat Team in for decontamination. They also called in the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection and the fire marshal to investigate. A recall was sounded around 11:30pm. There are no reported injuries.
