Bridgeport Police UPDATE: – Today, the Bridgeport Police Department is asking the public for assistance in identifying suspects following an incident that involved a burglary and robbery.  On September 14, 2015 at around 1:15 p.m., police officers responded to a 911 call regarding an alleged burglary and robbery near the corner of Ezra St. and Fairview Ave.  When police officers arrived on scene, a male victim alleged that he was robbed at gunpoint by three suspects.

In addition, the suspects stole cash and methadone from his home. And, one of the suspects allegedly pistol whipped the male victim. Police officers and the K-9 unit chased the three teenage black male suspects into a wooded area behind the victim’s home. However, the suspects got away in a late model silver Mercury  Sable with a sunroof.  Police officers identified the suspects as three teenage black males. One suspect was wearing a gray hoodie and navy blue nylon pants. A second suspect was short and heavy set. A third suspect was also wearing a gray hoodie.  Anyone with information regarding this incident should contact the Bridgeport Detective Bureau at (203) 581-5201.

 

1:15pm–#Bridgeport CT–Police are investigating a home invasion that took place at 320 Ezra Street.  According to radio reports police are looking for four black males in their early teens all in dark hoodies, one had a fire arm.  The fled into the wooded and may have fled in a champagne colored car.
