I wonder if she has any good reasons besides the fact that he is half black? Warren Harding was a much better president than Obama.
I’m a 74 Grad of Harding HS Why is it that we can only Name School of Black Leader in Black Communities. President Obama Is the president of everyone. It would be nice to see School and streets that are not in black communities Honor Our People. Ernie N
Please tell me this is a bad joke! How much more damage can our country and now our city take! Leave it as it is, I’m sure Warren Harding was proud of our country than our current president ( Obama)
I have lived in Bridgeport all my life. Generations from my family have gone to Warren Harding High School, proceeded to college and have become successful tax paying citizens and we are proud of it. We have listened to all of the bad comments that go along with a Bridgeport Public High School over the years with little comments of the good. I don’t agree with changing the HISTORY of Bridgeport by changing the name to Obama High. This is not an issue or should it be about if you agree with what OUR President is doing for our country. It should only be about the History of the school, our community, the students, faculty and Alumni who graced the halls of Warren Harding High. The vote for the name of the school should be left up to us! Class of 86 stand up!
