Fairfield Emergency Communications received two calls of a red SUV that crashed into a utility pole in the 400 block of Congress Street. The driver then left the scene towards Black Rock Turnpike. The SUV was found in a driveway with heavy front end damage in the 1900 block of Congress Street.
