FAIRFIELD, CT – Haven Hot Chicken, New England’s go-to destination for Nashville Hot Chicken, is excited to announce the opening of its newest location at 907 Post Road in Fairfield. The restaurant is the ninth for the rapidly growing brand, founded by local restaurateurs Rob LaTronica, Craig Sklar, Jason Sobocinski, and Etkin Tekin.
Haven Hot Chicken specializes in authentic Nashville Hot Chicken with options ranging from mild to extremely spicy, including vegetarian alternatives. Known for its high-quality, fully halal-certified, antibiotic-free chicken, Haven’s preparation process ensures every bite delivers exceptional flavor. As Jason Sobocinski describes, “We also do a three-day process in marinating, drying, dredging, double frying, dipping into oil. So our chicken is crispy, crunchy, juicy, spicy, delicious in all ways.”
At the ribbon-cutting event, Jason Sobocinski expressed the brand’s excitement to be part of the Fairfield community, noting the significance of engaging with local institutions such as Fairfield University, Sacred Heart University, and the Fairfield Theatre Company. The team is eager to integrate with the community and share the Haven experience.
The brand continues its impactful partnership with CT Foodshare through the “Great Banana Pudding Drive,” which donates the cost of a meal to support food-insecure individuals across Connecticut for every banana pudding sold. To date, this initiative has provided over 100,000 meals to those in need.
Haven Hot Chicken invites Fairfield residents and visitors to come experience its famous Nashville Hot Chicken in a welcoming environment.
