2022-05-20@2:50pm--#Bridgeport CT-- A woman was run over by a pickup truck at Boston and Central Avenue. She was alert and conscious when she was transported to the hospital. This is the second pedestrian struck on Boston Avenue. A child was hit at Boston and Pembroke and suffered a skull fracture and had to be transported to Yale New Haven Hospital.

#Trumbull CT-- Three (3) Bridgeport teenagers were captured Thursday afternoon after robbing a local woman and stealing her car at the Westfield Trumbull Shopping Mall parking lot. At about 2:45 p.m., a fifty-nine (59) year-old woman was loading her car in the mall parking lot when she was surrounded by three (3) young males who demanded her car keys. The woman was pushed from behind and her purse was snatched from her hands, along with her keys. The juveniles entered her vehicle and sped off towards Main Street before police arrived. The victim was able to provide police with descriptions of the fleeing suspects and her vehicle, which was then provided to all other area police departments who assisted in…
2022-05-19@10:00PMish-- Police are looking for a white sedan in connection to a shooting at Stratford Avenue near Union Avenue. Police radio reports to surrounding towns said that there were two shooters in the car with possible extended magazines. One person was transported to the hospital with a gunshot wound, the extent of his injuries are not known at this time.
(Westport, CT 5/19/2022) At approximately 9:00 a.m. this morning, the Westport Police Department’s School Security Officer and the Staples School Resource Officer began to investigate a report of a suspicious person on school grounds. An unknown male who appeared to be in his teens was dropped off at Bedford Middle School, but the person then left that campus and walked towards Staples High School. The incident was deemed suspicious because at the time no one recognized this individual, and it was unknown what he was doing on school property. Scott Appleby, Director of Emergency Communications (the city still has NO police public affairs' officer) said when I asked for calls of significance said they would appear the police's Twitter Account. There have been no robberies posted there so this must be the first one of the year. This is probably why Ganimville has been named the second best place to raise a family. #Ansonia CT--The Ansonia Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for the homicide of Johnny Class on April 5, 2022. The suspect, a 17-year-old male from Ansonia, fled the state shortly after the homicide. With the assistance of the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force in Connecticut and North Carolina, the suspect was taken into custody without incident in North Carolina on May 13, 2022. He is currently being detained, awaiting extradition proceedings. Once he returns to Connecticut, he will be charged with Felony Murder, Murder, and Robbery. He will be arraigned in Juvenile Court and the case will be transferred to Adult Court for prosecution. The name of the suspect will be released when the case is transferred. The…
