According to radio reports the damage to the building is mostly cosmetic but the building inspector was called to the scene. 2022-01-26@7:02am--#Bridgeport CT-- According to witnesses a Jeep SUV was driving on Island Brook Avenue Extension when it left the roadway coming to rest at the Department of Motor Vehicles building. The SUV came very close to hitting to the gas meter but it was not struck. The driver fled the scene.

#Bridgeport CT-- After receiving a number of tips from viewers I contact the police about a shooting that three of you said it was at the hospital. I know we would not have known about this unless viewers contacted me.I contacted the police and this is what they said:"This morning around 1048hrs, the ECOC was notified about a gunshot wound victim that arrived at Bridgeport Hospital. It’s unknown where the shooting took place. The arriving officer did notice a bullet hole was lodged into the operator side door. The car was towed and Bridgeport Police are investigating this incident".

2022-01-25@8:40PMish-- #Fairfield CT-- Police were called to ShopRite at 1975 Black Rock Turnpike for a customer harassing ShopRite employees. I had a three minute travel time and there were four police cars on scene. Police told me it was just a misunderstanding and there were no arrests.
