2021-11-17@10:44pm–#Fairfield CT– #cttraffic– A Connecticut State Trooper made a traffic stop at the I-95 southbound rest area when the operator of the vehicle took off dragging the trooper. Police are looking for a Jeep with Florida plates that got off exit 21 according to radio reports.
