2021-02-21@11:06pm– Sunday night, multiple officers on patrol along with EMS responded to 300 Congress Street for a prisoner who had cuts to his hands and feet. Police said the same prisoner refused to be handcuffed complaining of wrist pain, again he refused treatment. The person was eventually transferred to Golden Hil Court.
