Police UPDATE: Last night at 1022hrs a Bridgeport Police Officer responding to a call for service lost control of their police vehicle and struck a parked vehicle on Park Avenue near Rooster River Boulevard causing a chain reaction into 4 other parked vehicles. The officer was transported to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries and for evaluation. The Bridgeport Police Patrol Division is investigating the accident.
