2020-05-14@6:09pm–#Bridgeport CT– Police were called to Harborview Place and Fairweather Place in Black Rock where neighbors took to placing lawn chairs and signs in the roadway. They have been doing that since May 2nd when I covered the rooftop concert at Harborview Market.
