Police UPDATE:On February 23, 2020, the Bridgeport Emergency Communications received a call at 0150hrs regarding two parties fighting in the 1000th block of Park Avenue and that one party had possibly been stabbed. Upon arrival to the scene, police observed two parties fighting in the street. One of those parties had sustained a non-life threatening stab wound to the upper leg. That party was sent via AMR to the hospital for his injuries and was later released. Rhonel M Russell has been charged with C.G.S 53a-59 Assault in the First Degree and C.G.S 53a-181 Breach of Peace in the
Second Degree. Bond amount has been set at $50,000.00
2020-02-23@1:57am–#Bridgpeport CT– A person was stabbed in the leg in the Walgreen’s parking lot at 1000 Park Avenue. The suspect might be dusted according to radio reports.
