2019-12-05 @ 11:45pm–#Bridgeport CT– The police shot spotter activated at PT Barnum Housing and a silver car was seen fleeing the scene in a drive-by shooting. A man on a bicycle was hit. He did not appear to be seriously hit as he walked to the ambulance and was seen talking on his cellphone.
