2019-10-22@11:19pm–#Norwalk CT– Firefighters called to 1 and 45 Glover Avenue for activated fire alarms. 1 Glover Avenue’s generator was running on firefighters arrival. No smoke or fire at either location. Firefighters said witnesses reported an explosion heard in the area. A surge is speculated.
