1:40am–#Bridgeport CT– Police attempted to pull over a car when it took off on police, then quickly stopped and the driver fled on foot. Police are looking in backyards in the Helen/Ogden/Stillman/Hallet Street area. Police are looking for a black male about 25 years of age wearing a black coat or hoodie and a black knit hat.
