4:11pm--#Fairfield CT-- A 24 year old man was transported to the hospital after being hit by a car in front of BJ's at 111 Black Rock Turnpike. The man's injuries were not serious according to first responders.

1:33pm--#Fairfield CT-- Police were called to the intersection of Tunxis Hill and Villa Avenue for "middle eastern men" handing something out to cars at the intersection. I stopped by and it turned out to be religious pamphlets and they appeared to be very respectful to me and the passing cars. Police agreed and let them continue.
9:11pm--#Stratford CT--#Bridgeport CT-- A pursuit of a stolen vehicle in Stratford results in three cars hit in Bridgeport near the Bass Pro Shop. One car was hit by Straford and Water Street and two more near Seaview Avenue. The responsible vehicle got away. Police are looking for a silver Accura. Need a car? 9:55am--#Bridgeport CT-- #Bridgeport CT--Just before 10am two days before Christmas police received multiple calls for shots fired at Maple and Kossuth Street. Police confirmed that a man was shot outside the Maple Deli and fell through the front door. Police said the man is the city's 23rd homicide of the year, he was deceased when first responders arrived. Police are interviewing the clerk and owner of the store as well as reviewing surveillance video. One man is the suspected in the shooting. A state police K-9 was brought to the scene but left a short time later, apparently not picking up a scent in the rain.

UPDATE: The man was on the Bridgeport side and Trumbull Police are detaining the man for Bridgeport.
