12:52pm--A "minor" explosion burned a worker at Wilson's Welding at 1341 West Broad Street. The worker was cutting a diesel tank when it exploded according to firefighters.

4:55pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- An old firehouse located at 167 Norman Street collapsed without warning. Neighbors say they heard a large bang but not an explosion. Jersey barriers that were already set up kept the public safe from the falling bricks. The Deputy Chief said he called the gas company and UI to ensure all utilities were turned off.
3:55pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- A man has been shot behind 1177 Park Avenue, the suspect fled on foot behind the house. Bridgeport Police Chief AJ Perez said the man was shot in the back and that the man is conscious and alert.
