9:05pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut–Just after 9pm Monday night, a shooting occurred at the intersection of Stratford Avenue and Union Avenue in front of A&J Variety store. At 19 year old male was struck by gunfire and was transported by private vehicle to Bridgeport Hospital, where he is listed in critical condition. A crime scene exists at the shooting location, and the Detective Bureau Identification Unit is processing the scene.
