7:05pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– Police immediately dispatched for a report of a red Dodge Caravan at 529 Noble Avenue with clowns inside. Even if they catch them, what can they charge them with? Is there a law against dressing as a clown. Maybe they identify as one and it is their right?
