10:49pm–#Bridgeport Connecticut– A man walked up to a parked police car asked the officer what the *f* she was looking at and tried to rip the car window off and then tried to get into the cruiser at French and Capital Avenue. The man did get his wish and also got a pair of silver bracelets and a trip to Congress Street.
