This evening Marvin Owens was taken into custody at 1064 Iranistan Avenue based upon an Assault 3rd and Threatening warrant stemming from a domestic violence incident earlier in the year. Owens is a suspect in today’s threat incident at city hall and he was interviewed extensively. We obtained cellphone records for three phones that Owens owns, interviewed his estranged wife and his brother, and obtained and reviewed the 911 recordings from today’s call to dispatch. Unfortunately at this time, we do not have probable cause to charge him with any crimes concerning today’s incident. Owens was processed and has a $5000 bond for the warrant charges. He denies any involvement in the call placed to dispatch.

Esta tarde Marvin Owens fue puesto bajo custodia en 1064 Iranistan Avenue por un tercero asalto y  orden de amenaza en un incidente de violencia doméstica al principios de año. Owens es sospechoso en el incidente amenaza de hoy en Municipio y fue intrevistado extensamente. Se obtuvieron registros de teléfonos que Owens tiene. Entrevistamos a su esposa y su hermano, obtuvimos y revisamos las grabaciones de 911. Desafortunadamente en este momento, no tenemos causa probable para acusarlo de ningún delito en relacíon con el incidente de hoy en el Municipio. Owens fue procesado y tiene una fianza de $5000 para mandamientos judicial.  El niega cualquier implicacíon en la llamada echa hoy.
