#Fairfield, CT– Learn how to use the best of your local produce at a special lecture at the Fairfield Woods Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road. The lecture will be on Thursday, May 5 at 7 pm.

Heather Carey is a culinary nutritionist with years of gardening and cooking experience. She believes that eating locally and in-season is the healthiest and tastiest way to eat. Her training includes a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from New York University and a certification from The Natural Gourmet Institute Chef’s Training Program. She will inspire you to make simple yet significant diet and lifestyle changes so that you can experience better health, well-being and increased kitchen confidence!
