12:22pm–#cttraffic–#Milford Ct–#Stratford CT–A crash involving a tractor trailer with a large fluid pill. Radio reports say it is hydraulic fluid and the saddle tank holding the truck’s diesel fuel ruptured. Truck is in the left lane, expect delays during the cleanup.
