#Fairfeild CT– Coloring is not for kids anymore! Did you know that Amazon’s six best-selling books are adult coloring books? The Fairfield Public Library has embraced this trend by offering several well-attended coloring programs. In addition, Burnt Sienna Sundays will be held as a drop in time for adults at the Fairfield Branch Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road, every Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.

Coloring allows adults to de-stress by focusing on a particular activity and not their worries. Coloring generates wellness, quietness, and also stimulates brain areas related to motor skills, the senses and creativity. Allow yourself to unplug for a little white, embrace your inner kid and let your imaginative mind wander. Coloring pages and colored pencils will be provided. This is for adults only, please.

All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free of charge to any town. For more information and to register for this event call 203-256-3160, or visit us on the web www.fairfieldpubliclibrary.org .
