10:33am–#cttraffic–#Milford CT– Avoid I-95 southbound at exit 38. There is a 2 car crash requiring fire department to extricate the injured elderly couple in the left lane. Also, the DOT crash truck backed into a car in the right break down lane. This will be backed for a while.
