9:40pm–#Fairfield CT– Police nab two after Kings Highway Stop and Shop Security chase two that fled onto the railroad tracks behind the store. Trains were suspended for a short period of time. One of the suspects had difficulty breathing due to him being under the influence of narcotics he told officers according to radio reports.
