8:06pm–#Bridgeport CT– A man was shot in the chest and police helped keep the man stable until EMS arrived at 21 Maplewood Avenue. Radio reports say the man was in and out of consciousness. A man jumped out of a gold colored car and shot the victim and then fled on foot down Maplewood Avenue in backyards. The area around Pequonnick and Maplewood is closed indefinitely according to radio reports.
