Bridgeport Police Department asks public for info in attempted abduction case

Video Report---#Bridgeport, Conn. (October 7, 2015) –Today, the Bridgeport Police Department is asking the public for information regarding a suspect in an attempted abduction of a juvenile. On October 5, 2015 at around 7:15 a.m., police officers responded to a call regarding an attempted abduction near the corner of Boston Ave. and Palisade Ave.  Arriving on the scene, police officers found the 17-year-old female victim uninjured.  The victim was walking to school on Boston Ave. when she was approached by a charcoal gray Toyota Yaris.   The Toyota is missing the rear bumper leaving the white styrofoam exposed.  The driver of the Toyota lured the victim into her car. Once the victim was in the car, the driver assaulted the victim. The victim…

State Police Detectives Make Arrest in Shooting Investigation

#Darien CT--On August 1st, 2015, the Connecticut State Police - Central District Major Crime Squad (CDMCS), initiated an investigation regarding a shots fired complaint in the town of Darien. An unoccupied vehicle, owned by James Martin, parked in the driveway at his residence sustained numerous gun shots to the exterior of After a 2-month long investigation an arrest warrant was completed and submitted for each of the two suspects. Stamford Superior Court signed both warrants and the suspects voluntarily turned themselves in at State Police Troop I – Bethany where they were processed.
