2:39am–#Bridgeport CT–Firefighters respond to 218 Virginia Avenue for an unresponsive asthmatic person. The person allegedly became combative while allegedly on drugs according to radio reports. Police arrived to contain the situation. One officer went in the ambulance with EMS with the person that attacked the firefighters. The two firefighters that were injured went to Bridgeport Hospital to be checked out according to radio reports.
