2:41pm–#Fairfield CT–The road in front of Stop and Shop at the traffic circle at 1160 Kings Hwy Cutoff is closed to traffic for traffic signal lights that just fell into the roadway. Police say nothing hit them and it appears to be scorch or fray marks on the guy line that secures it to the pole. UI arrived on scene at 2:55pm, expect delays in the area.
