1:11pm–#Stratford CT–Police and firefighters assist a sinking boat near Knapps Landing buoy #7. Police on jet ski were first on scene. There were 3 on board including a 2 year old child, the only one wearing a life vest. Water was coming in from a discharge hose. First responders assisted in stopping the leak and Seatow towed them in.
