2:40pm–#Bridgeport CT–St. Vincent’s Hospital’s Emergency Room is on lock down after a man caused a disturbance saying he witnessed a homicide on Catherine Street. Police are on scene at the hospital and Catherine Street trying to sort this out. So far no crime scene has been established.
